​What is the CRC Network?The Western Australian Community Resource Network (CRC Network) is a statewide network of more than 100 locally run Community Resource Centres operating across rural, remote and regional WA. Each CRC is a not-for-profit and charitable organisation, owned and driven by its local community to ensure services remain relevant, accessible and trusted.
What does the CRC Network do?The CRC Network strengthens communities by providing:
  • Access to essential government services such as Centrelink, Medicare, ATO and other agency supports.
  • Community services and information, ensuring people in remote areas stay connected and informed.
  • Training, digital literacy and capacity-building, helping community members develop practical skills for work, learning and everyday life.
  • Support for local business and economic development, including small-business assistance, events, tourism support and community projects.
  • A safe, welcoming community hub for meetings, workshops, teleconferencing and social connection.
Together, CRCs play a vital role in improving social wellbeing, reducing isolation, and building strong, resilient communities across regional Western Australia.
